Welcome! ❤️ I am Laura, an authorised marriage celebrant, I am legally qualified to marry couples, but I am also passionate about crafting unforgettable ceremonies. I am based in Adelaide (Kaurna Land) and I am willing to travel.

I want to tell your story, extracting all the interesting tidbits that make it one-of-a-kind. I can help you write vows that truly reflect your connection, find a unique reading or poem, and bring the energy you want to your special day.

Things I love: love, storytelling and bringing people together. I like to think of myself as a connector and curator of ~good times

I'm here for you. Let's celebrate your love!

Love stories that shaped me

Robert Brown & Maud Fleury

Maud and Robert (or Bob) had a very glamorous and intimate wedding. Maud worked at a photography studio, and Bob walked in one day and changed everything! Maud had moved to England from India at 16, but she always dreamt of living in a warmer climate again. So Bob and Maud became Ten Pound Poms and migrated to Australia. We found some of my mum's parents' honeymoon photos, and they looked so happy and in love.

These are just some of the love stories that have shaped me. Now let me tell yours!

To get married in Australia, you must lodge your notice of intent to marriage form with a registered marriage celebrant at least a month before the wedding. A court order can be obtained in exceptional circumstances to reduce the wait; however, the more time you have to prepare, the better.

I understand that you might want to meet your celebrant before deciding who you employ to marry you. I'm always open to have an obligation-free coffee catch-up to make sure the vibe fits.
